Brave Heart Process

I am a very action-based therapist. Let's meet, see if we are a fit, and build rapport. We will take some history and decide the best treatment route for you during this process. Ultimately, treatment goals will be unique, personalized, and individual.

Throughout treatment, I will be providing tools to assist you with managing your anxiety. At the same time, we process past events that may be traumatic, life-altering, or painful.

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Exposure, Relaxation, and Rescripting Therapy (ERRT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Prolonged Exposure (PE)

Rates of Service

Brave Heart Counseling offers thoughtfully paced services designed to support safety, nervous system regulation, and meaningful healing. Session length and structure are collaboratively determined to honor each client’s needs, capacity, and goals.

  • Individual Therapy (60 minutes): $150

  • Individual Therapy (90 minutes): $225

  • EMDR Intensives:
    Extended sessions that allow for deeper, focused trauma work

    • Weekday hours: $150/hour

    • Evenings & weekends: $225/hour

  • EMDR Group Sessions (ASSYST):
    Small, supportive groups using a structured EMDR-based approach to help the brain process distressing experiences in a gentle, contained way.

    • $150 per hour, shared among participants

    • Groups are limited to up to 6 participants

  • Clinical Supervision:
    For LMSW clinicians pursuing LCSW licensure

    • $100/hour

  • EMDR Consultation (60 minutes): $75
