Growing up as an Army Brat and then training in the Bronx & with the Army, I have been exposed to a multitude of cultures and experiences. I have witnessed the undeniable sheer will that humans have to survive, adapt, and overcome. This is what I specialize in - treating human trauma and empowering my clients to surpass surviving and achieve thriving in their environment. I do believe in utilizing evidence-based treatment, along with other holistic therapies to empower growth and achieve whole-person healing.
